We are Hiring:

Swimming Instructor

Are you a certified swimming instructor with a passion for teaching children? Do you want to help kids develop essential water safety skills while having fun in the pool? If so, we want you to join our team at Bria’s House! As a swimming instructor, you will play a vital role in helping our students build confidence in the water and develop their swimming abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement swimming lessons for children of all ages and skill levels
• Teach essential water safety skills in a fun and engaging manner
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment
• Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive swimming program
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a swimming instructor
• Experience teaching swimming lessons to children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with children of all ages
• Passion for water safety and teaching swimming skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a water environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends
