Lab’s Industrial Hose Supply is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Warehouse Coordinator. This position plays a key role in our operations by managing inventory, organizing shipments, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards before they are dispatched to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of hose and tubing products
- Organize inventory in the warehouse using industry-standard methods
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Participate in regular inventory counts and reconciliations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of hose and tubing products is a plus
