Job Title: Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Check guests in and out of the hotel, process payments, and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and any special requests they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, as well as the lobby and common areas of the hotel
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
