Job Title: Mental Health Counselor

As a Mental Health Counselor at Health Help Inc, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients to address their mental health concerns and provide therapeutic support. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to help clients improve their mental well-being. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to review client progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or eligible for licensure
• Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
