Position: Insurance Adjuster
Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims to determine the extent of the company’s liability
- Review policy coverage and documentation to assess the validity of claims
- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Inspect property damage and assess the costs of repairs or replacements
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and ensure timely payment of claims
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance adjusting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
