Fresh Leaf Deli is a quaint deli and restaurant located in the heart of downtown. We specialize in serving fresh, delicious, and healthy meals made with locally sourced ingredients. Our menu features a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups that cater to both vegetarians and meat lovers.

We are looking for a Chef to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare high-quality meals following our recipes and guidelines
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
