Job Title: Party & Event Planner
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all details are taken care of
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Source and coordinate vendors, venues, and entertainment
- Manage event logistics including guest list, seating arrangements, and transportation
- Oversee event set-up, execution, and clean-up
- Ensure client satisfaction by exceeding expectations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
