Position: General Contractor / Building Construction Consultant
We are currently seeking a General Contractor / Building Construction Consultant to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review and approve project designs and specifications
- Monitor progress and report on project status
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting or building construction consulting
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
