Job Description:

As a Front Desk Agent at Studio 6 Houston, TX – Intercontinental Airport South, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in providing a positive experience during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about the hotel amenities
• Handling reservations and ensuring accurate billing
• Resolving guest complaints and issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Front Desk Agent position should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
