Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to Accident & Property Damage, Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, and other areas of law
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Advise clients on legal rights and responsibilities
• Appear in court and represent clients during legal proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategies and approaches
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Experience in Accident & Property Damage law, Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, or related practice areas
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dedication to providing high-quality legal services to clients
