We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Associate Attorney

– Location: New York City, NY
– Full-time position
– Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions
– Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
– Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
– Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the New York State Bar
– 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

2. Legal Assistant

– Location: Los Angeles, CA
– Part-time position (20 hours per week)
– Responsibilities:
– Assist attorneys with case management and preparation
– Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
– Maintain client files and records
– Manage attorney calendars and schedules
– Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field
– 1+ years of experience in a law office setting
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
