Job Description:

As an Immigration Law Attorney at Foster Charles, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients in a variety of immigration matters. You will work closely with clients to assess their eligibility for visas, green cards, and citizenship, and help them navigate the legal requirements and procedures involved in obtaining legal status in the United States.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on immigration laws and regulations
• Preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications with government agencies
• Representing clients in immigration court proceedings and appeals
• Advising clients on their legal rights and options for immigration relief
• Collaborating with colleagues and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services

Qualifications:

To be considered for the position of Immigration Law Attorney at Foster Charles, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of New York (or eligibility for admission)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
