Job Description:

As a Management Consultant at Protiviti, you will work with clients to solve their most critical business challenges. You will be responsible for leading project teams, conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and presenting findings to clients. You will have the opportunity to work across various industries and functional areas, providing you with a diverse and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct data analysis and research to support project objectives
• Develop innovative recommendations and solutions for clients
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
