Position: Executive Search Consultant

Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for executive positions
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to expand network and referrals
• Lead interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate interview process
• Negotiate offers and onboard successful candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment
• Demonstrated track record of successfully placing candidates in senior-level positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
