Job Title: Oil Producer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Oil Producers to join our team. As an Oil Producer at Bluenight Energy Partners LP, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of oil wells, ensuring optimal performance, and maximizing production efficiency. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations of oil wells
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Work closely with engineering and field operations teams to implement production enhancement strategies
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to support production activities
• Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams
• Participate in field inspections and audits to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oil production operations
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry practices and technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Experience with production software and tools
