Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney

As a Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney at Ronald G Franklin PC, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including formation, governance, compliance, and transactions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and you will handle all aspects of their legal affairs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance issues
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Provide strategic counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

Position: Criminal Law Attorney

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Ronald G Franklin PC, you will be responsible for representing clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. You will work closely with clients to build strong defense strategies and advocate on their behalf in court. You will also collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on criminal law matters
• Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide counsel on post-conviction remedies and appeals

Qualifications:

To be considered for a position at Ronald G Franklin PC, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar in good standing
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporation & Partnership Law or Criminal Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
