Job Responsibilities

  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Appear in court and advocate for clients’ interests during hearings and trials.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the custody process.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on child custody cases.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
