Job Title: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
