Job Description

As a management consultant at Baltic International USA, Inc, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions to address their challenges, and help them implement changes to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to understand clients’ business needs
• Developing strategic recommendations and actionable plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the changes
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
