We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Outreach Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in connecting residents with the resources and support they need to thrive. Position: Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with residents in the Pine Trails community
  • Coordinate community events, workshops, and programs to address the needs of residents
  • Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to support community initiatives
  • Provide information and resources to residents on available social services and support programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field
  • Experience working in community organizations, human services, or social service programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals and organizations
