Position: Director of Youth Ministry

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the Director of Youth Ministry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our youth programs, inspiring the next generation of Catholics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program that includes spiritual, educational, and social activities
• Organize and lead weekly youth group meetings, retreats, and service projects
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities
• Coordinate with other church staff and ministries to integrate youth into the broader church community
• Provide pastoral care and support to youth and their families

Qualifications:

• Active, practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field
• Prior experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
