Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products and services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend the appropriate coverage options to ensure their financial security.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
• Educate clients on insurance products, services, and coverage options.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with claims processing when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Insurance licensing or the willingness to obtain a license within a specified timeframe.
