Position: Corporation & Partnership Law Attorney

The Odom Law Firm is a well-established and highly respected law firm specializing in corporate and partnership law. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join our team and help us continue providing top-notch legal services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to corporate and partnership law
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate and partnership law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
