We are currently seeking a talented and experienced criminal law attorney to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including arraignments, pretrial hearings, trials, plea negotiations, and sentencing
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and appeals
• Work closely with clients to provide legal advice and counsel throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop effective defense strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Demonstrated success in handling criminal cases from start to finish
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
