Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our patients in and around the Houston area. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medication, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and education
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home healthcare or hospice
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families
