We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team.

Position: Attorney

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Accident & Property Damage, Attorneys, and Wrongful Death cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff members
• Stay current on legal developments and changes in the law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accident & Property Damage, Attorneys, and Wrongful Death cases
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and representation
