Position: Protective Coating Applicator

Job Description:

• Apply protective coatings to various metal surfaces using spray equipment
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
• Ensure a smooth and even application of coatings to meet customer specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in powder coating or protective coating application
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Knowledge of different types of coatings and application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
