Job Title: Physician – Oncology/Hematology

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Physician specializing in Oncology and Hematology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to cancer patients and will possess a deep understanding of the latest advancements in cancer treatment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with various forms of cancer, including solid tumors and blood disorders
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
• Monitor and manage patients undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other cancer treatments
• Participate in clinical trials and research projects to advance cancer care in Africa

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Oncology and/or Hematology
• Valid medical license to practice in Africa
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology/Hematology
• Demonstrated expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
