Position: Credit Union Branch Manager

Job Description

As a Credit Union Branch Manager at Empowerment Community Development Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch. Your main goal will be to ensure that our members receive exceptional service while also meeting financial goals and targets set by the credit union.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional service to members and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvements as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall credit union goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a credit union or financial institution
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
