Mariner Montessori at Galleria is a premier Montessori school located in the heart of the Galleria area. We are committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children ages 18 months to 6 years old. Our dedicated team of Montessori-trained teachers and staff create a stimulating and engaging curriculum that fosters independence, creativity, and a love for learning.

We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

Child Care Assistant

• Assist lead teachers in implementing the Montessori curriculum
• Supervise children during playtime and outdoor activities
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children

Preschool Teacher

• Create and implement lesson plans based on Montessori principles
• Conduct assessments to track children’s progress and development
• Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on children’s growth
• Ensure the classroom environment is welcoming, organized, and conducive to learning

Educational Coordinator

• Oversee curriculum development and implementation
• Mentor and train teaching staff on Montessori methods and techniques
• Coordinate parent education nights and workshops
• Monitor and assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with young children
• Montessori training and certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
