1. Outreach Coordinator

As an Outreach Coordinator at Universal Church, you will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote our mission and services. This role involves networking with local organizations, creating promotional materials, and organizing events to raise awareness about our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to reach target audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful messaging
• Track and report on outreach efforts to measure effectiveness
• Build relationships with community partners to expand our reach

2. Youth Program Coordinator

Our Youth Program Coordinator plays a vital role in shaping the future of our church by engaging young people in meaningful activities and mentorship opportunities. This position involves planning and executing youth events, organizing educational workshops, and providing guidance to youth volunteers. We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, and passionate about empowering the next generation.

• Create engaging youth programs that align with our values and mission
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth activities
• Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for youth participants

3. Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and programs. This position involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our staff and visitors.

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism
• Assist with event planning and logistics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our database system
• Provide general office support as needed
