Position: Insurance Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance-related legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Advise clients on insurance law matters
• Attend court hearings and trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing insurance law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
