Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Tamale House Factory, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious Mexican dishes to perfection. We are looking for talented individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and can work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and mixing sauces
• Cooking dishes according to authentic recipes and ensuring high quality and presentation
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food

Position: Server

We are also hiring Servers to join our front-of-house team. As a Server at Tamale House Factory, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable dining experience. We are looking for outgoing individuals who are friendly, attentive, and have a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Handling cash and credit card transactions, and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with bussing tables
