At Restauracion Divina Assembly, we are currently seeking passionate and devoted individuals to join our team in various roles within the church. We are looking for individuals who are committed to serving our congregation and helping us fulfill our mission.

Position: Worship Leader

As a Worship Leader at Restauracion Divina Assembly, you will be responsible for leading our congregation in worship during our weekly services. We are looking for someone with a deep passion for music and worship, who can create a meaningful and engaging worship experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the congregation in singing and worship during services
• Select appropriate songs and music for each service
• Coordinate with musicians and other worship team members
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members
• Work with the pastor to plan and execute special services and events

Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Strong musical abilities and knowledge of various worship styles
• A heart for ministry and serving others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Position: Youth Pastor

As a Youth Pastor at Restauracion Divina Assembly, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the younger members of our congregation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with youth and helping them grow in their faith.

Responsibilities:

• Lead youth group meetings and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young members
• Organize and facilitate youth retreats and events
• Build relationships with parents and families of youth members
• Work with the pastor and other church staff to integrate youth into the larger congregation

Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth in a church or other setting
• A strong faith and a desire to share it with others
• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Ability to create engaging and relevant youth programs
• A willingness to collaborate with other church leaders
