Job Title: Party Planner

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to plan and customize party packages
• Coordinate party logistics, including decorations, food, and entertainment
• Set up party rooms and ensure a clean and inviting environment
• Host and supervise parties to ensure a memorable experience for guests
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in party planning or event coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for creating fun and engaging experiences for children

Job Title: Party Entertainer

Responsibilities:

• Lead interactive games, activities, and dances at parties
• Engage with guests and create a lively and entertaining atmosphere
• Assist with set up and clean up of party rooms
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all party guests
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver a seamless party experience

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a party or entertainment setting
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Ability to adapt to different party themes and guest preferences
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Title: Party Supply Rental Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of party supplies and equipment
• Assist customers in selecting and renting party items
• Prepare and pack party supplies for customer pick-up or delivery
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rental items
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any rental inquiries

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Basic knowledge of party decorations and supplies
