Job Title: General Contractor

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage project timelines and budget, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and mentor construction crews to ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Contractor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
