We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

As the Youth Pastor at Iglesi Bautista Rebano De Vida, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor the youth of our congregation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that engage and inspire young people to grow in their faith and relationship with God. This role is crucial in shaping the next generation of leaders in our church and community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth meetings and activities
• Develop and teach Bible studies for youth
• Organize and lead youth retreats and events
• Provide pastoral care and support to youth and their families
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the larger church community
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with youth programs

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of young people
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all youth
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
