Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation to clients in bankruptcy cases
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and other necessary documents
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in negotiations with creditors
• Advise clients on their rights and responsibilities under bankruptcy law
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure smooth case management

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing
• Prior experience in bankruptcy law is preferred but not required
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
