Position: Party & Event Planner

As a Party & Event Planner at Bvb, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate parties and weddings to birthdays and anniversaries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your creativity and organizational skills to bring their visions to life. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and preferences
• Create detailed event proposals and budgets
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other event partners
• Manage event logistics, including timelines, schedules, and staffing
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Handle any unexpected issues or challenges that arise during events
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office suite
