We are Hiring: Clinic Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Clinic Hispana San Houston. The Clinic Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all aspects of patient care and administrative functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
• Ensure that all clinical staff adhere to established protocols and guidelines
• Manage clinic budgets and expenses
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Previous experience in clinic management or healthcare administration
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
