Job Title: Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and research to generate investment ideas
- Preparing financial models and valuations
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions and capital raising activities
- Maintaining client relationships and providing investment recommendations
- Monitoring market trends and developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant experience in financial analysis or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Title: Wealth Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing customized financial plans for clients
- Managing investment portfolios and asset allocation
- Providing investment recommendations and financial advice
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Monitoring and evaluating client’s financial goals
Qualifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial advisory
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Job Title: Investment Banking Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of pitch books and marketing materials
- Participating in client meetings and negotiations
- Managing deal execution and coordination with legal and financial teams
- Providing strategic advice to clients on corporate finance matters
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance or related field
- Relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
