Browning Head Start Center: Child Care Worker

Browning Head Start Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team. Established in 2005, our center has been providing high-quality early childhood education to children in the Browning community for over 15 years. We are committed to nurturing the development of each child in a safe and supportive environment.

Job Title: Child Care Worker

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in our care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities
• Interact with children to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Maintain a clean and organized child care environment
• Follow all center policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Passion for early childhood education
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
