Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall incidents, and more
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case for clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Prepare and draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue cases effectively

Requirements:

• Active law license in [state where the firm is located]
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes
