We are currently hiring for the following positions:

French Restaurants:

  • Sous Chef: We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of French cuisine and proven experience in a high-volume restaurant setting. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, supervising kitchen operations, and maintaining food quality and standards.
  • Server: We are looking for friendly and professional Servers to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Candidates should have knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairings, as well as experience in a fine dining establishment. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

American Restaurants:

  • Line Cook: We are in need of experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Candidates should have a passion for American cuisine and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Bartender: We are looking for talented Bartenders who are knowledgeable about craft cocktails and American spirits. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently behind the bar. Responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a well-stocked bar.

Caterers:

  • Catering Coordinator: We are seeking a detail-oriented Catering Coordinator to assist in planning and executing events for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring the successful delivery of catering services.
  • Event Staff: We are looking for dedicated Event Staff to help set up, serve, and clean up at catered events. Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team setting. Responsibilities include setting up tables and chairs, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
