Position: Clinic Manager
About the Role:
As a Clinic Manager at Medident, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our health and welfare clinic.
You will lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
You will be in charge of managing budgets, scheduling staff, and maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Position: Medical Assistant
About the Role:
As a Medical Assistant at Medident, you will work directly with healthcare providers to deliver patient care in our health and welfare clinic.
You will assist with patient intake, prepare exam rooms, and provide basic medical procedures under the supervision of a physician or nurse.
You will also perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a medical assistant training program.
Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
