Job Title: Worship Leader

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Worship Leader. This position is perfect for someone who has a heart for ministry and a gift for leading others in worship.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship music during regular church services and special events
• Collaborate with the pastor and other team members to plan and coordinate worship services
• Recruit and train members for the worship team
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all attendees
• Attend regular staff meetings and participate in church events and activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
• Proficient in playing at least one instrument (guitar, piano, etc.)
• Strong vocal abilities and experience leading a choir or worship team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a deep understanding and appreciation for various styles of worship music
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
