Job Description
As a Workers Compensation & Disability Insurance Specialist at Bill Martin Insurance, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on workers’ compensation and disability insurance policies. You will work closely with clients to assess their specific needs and recommend insurance plans that best suit their requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for processing claims, conducting policy reviews, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable workers’ compensation and disability insurance policies.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy terms.
- Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients’ coverage aligns with their current needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in workers’ compensation and disability insurance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
