Current Job Openings:

Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate at Americas Best Value Inn Houston, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out processes
• Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

We are looking for candidates who are friendly, reliable, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Housekeeping Staff

Our housekeeping staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards
• Changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities
• Reporting any maintenance issues or guest requests to the appropriate department

We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong work ethic. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
