HKM Employment Attorneys LLP is currently seeking talented Labor & Employment Law Attorneys to join our dynamic team. We are looking for attorneys with a passion for advocating for workers’ rights and a strong background in labor and employment law. If you are a skilled attorney looking to make a difference in the lives of employees facing workplace injustices, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in labor and employment law cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to social justice and workers’ rights
