Job Title: Major Appliance Parts Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with identifying and selecting the correct parts for their appliance repair needs
• Provide product recommendations and technical expertise to customers
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals and targets

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the appliance repair industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of major appliance brands and models
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
